Where the flagship program starts at the feeder, “Let’s Go Birding” opens up more outdoor experiences. It looks at how visiting different habitats reveals different birds, and how birding becomes a reason to get outside and explore.

Greg shares field stories — from quiet local patches to the occasional rare-bird chase — and the camaraderie that comes with birding alongside other people.

It is presented as its own program, and has been hosted by libraries including Delta Township, Clinton-Macomb, Dearborn, Troy, Royal Oak, and Baldwin.
